Dear Beloved Kenanga Hill Residents,
hope you see the different of the Kenanga Security System to usher 2014 New
Year and coming Chinese New Year. Our committees have worked honestly, relentlessly
and voluntary for the past few months to upgrade the Kenanga Security system to
bring back the confidence and peace to our beloved neighbourhood. The committee
bang on this last hope by doing this upgrade before abandon the whole
system. Thankfully, this exercise is worth
the efforts and seeing results. Here are the results:
We
have Top 23 contributors who contribute more than minimum RM200 per house and
give the total of RM9,130 to the upgrade fund. Thankful and God Bless for the
Top 23 Contributors. 
As at 31 December 2013, we have received RM25,220 from 104 houses or 41% of targeted main beneficiaries (240 houses). The efforts to collect the balance are still ongoing to fund the remaining phase (touch card) and operation and maintenance cost. Below is the estimated contribution and expenses for this upgrade as at 31 December 2013.
Lastly, member participation rate is also to improve to 175 members out of total 256 houses in SD9/5 which translate to 68% paying members. Monthly contributions from paying members are amounted to RM10,450 which it means we are at the breakeven point to continue to run the operation and on the assumptions that we do not have late payment or drop off from the members. We are working to get more residents to join the Kenanga Security System from the 44 potential houses other than rental and vacant houses, orange supporter (residents who are only support orange sticker) and 5A residents which understandable not able to enjoy full benefit of security system.
