Kenanga 95 of SD 9 Bandar Sri Damansara

Kenanga 9/5 of Sri Damansara 9 (SD9) is a serene neighborhood nestled on the highest ground of Bandar Sri Damansara. Kenanga 95 is surrounded by greenery and offers tranquility and peaceful living experience within the township concept of “Homes in Harmony with Nature” Bandar Sri Damansara.

The central to a harmonious life of this Kenanga 95 community is the recreational park with 1,300 meters long of jogging track and playground.  Vibrant hues of green and blue are landscaped over a luxury setting, creating large open spaces where friends or family can bond over strengthening relationships.
The 1,200-acre freehold township Bandar Sri Damansara, which was unveiled in 1989, houses 14,100 properties with a total gross development value of RM2.09 billion todate. More than 90% of the units sold were of the residential type -- terraced and semi-detached homes, bungalows, townhouses and condominiums that can house an estimated 100,000 people.

The Township is today an easily accessible and highly sought after address for Klang Valley residents as it is strategically placed between Kuala Lumpur City and Petaling Jaya via numerous thoroughfares that surround and service the development. As one of the few truly freehold developments in the vicinity, astute property owners have seen their acquisitions appreciate by as much as multiple of 100% in the past decade! Kenanga 95 house was last transacted at RM800k in 2012, an appreciation of more than 400% since it was launched at RM155k and completion in 1995.
As a decade-old township, Bandar Sri Damansara has the advantage of possessing practically every modern amenity residents and visitors might need. These include a wide range of commercial and F&B outlets as well as sundry stores, recreational facilities and human infrastructure including its award winning parks and landscaping. Indeed the presence of a drive-in fast food outlet is testimony to the faith they have in the flourishing and vibrant community that exists here.
This township has its own Central Business District to fulfill residents’ needs. One can find numerous restaurants, banks, launderette and clinics. Surprisingly, there are numerous schools in the vicinity; they include private and government schools. Private schools are SM Sri Bestari, SR Sri Bestari and Tadika Manjaria. Sekolah Sri Bestari private school has 1,000 students on a 15-acre site in Bandar Sri Damansara. Meanwhile, government schools include SK Bandar Sri Damansara 1, SMK Bandar Sri Damansara 1 and SMK Bandar Sri Damansara 2.

Indeed, opportunities to own property in Bandar Sri Damansara especially Kenanga 95 house are extremely limited with many residents preferring to 'move-up' instead of 'move out' within the township, while retaining original acquisitions as rentals!
Kenanga 95 is a close-knit community and this is true in more ways than one. Apart from the active residents association and the numerous community activities held annually, the community is creating a quiet and hassle free environment which fully equipped with a 24-hour gated & guarded security for its residents that residents are able to travel quickly and safely throughout the Kenanga 95.

Bandar Sri Damansara has won a FIABCI award for its ample recreational and landscaped open spaces. It has recently received the Petaling Jaya Municipal Council’s (MBPJ) 2009/2010 LA21 award for Best Township in the Klang Valley.
